Position Summary:

Express Employment is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Clerk to join one of our clients in the Mission, TX facility. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, including employee record management, data entry, and general HR functions, while maintaining clear and professional communication with all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry of employee information into HR systems and maintain personnel files.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and updating employee records.

• Support HR team with attendance tracking, leave requests, and benefits administration.

• Respond to employee inquiries in English and Spanish regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and HR documents as needed.

• Ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and multi-line phone support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in HR, clerical, or administrative support preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
