Job Description:

Express is looking for a Seasonal Agricultural Scout to follow an assigned schedule to monitor and scout ranches for pests and diseases. The scout will record information into the company scouting program with a company cellphone and discuss weekly observations with the sales consultant to provide relevant information. The scout will also assist with sorting and organizing shipments of products at a cold storage facility.     

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Give and welcome feedback
• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment; include appropriate decision-makers when necessary
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel
• Spanish a plus
• One year in a related field preferred
• Ability to endure hot and cold temperatures
• Regular exposure to hop plants and bugs
• Ability to bend, crouch, sit, twist, and reach
• Valid driver’s license required

 

Schedule:

Part-time, seasonable, flexible hours!

 

Pay:

$20/hour
