Accounting Assistant (Construction)

Pay: $20–$25/hour | Monday–Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm | Full-time, stable schedule with long-term opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant with construction accounting to join our client's growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Job costing & coding invoices to projects
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Match purchase orders to invoices
• Process lien waivers & subcontractor pay apps
• Reconcile credit cards & vendor statements
• Track vendor compliance

Requirements:

• 3+ years construction accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of A/P, A/R & job costing
• Experience with lien waivers & subcontractor billing
• QuickBooks Desktop required
• Detail-oriented & organized
