Job Description - Tapping Operator
The Tapping Operator is responsible for using a FlexArm tapping arm to tap subpanels according to customer-provided prints. This role requires basic print reading skills, the ability to maintain steady production flow, and a strong attention to quality. The position involves standing or sitting in one place for the majority of the workday while ensuring all tapped parts meet company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a FlexArm tapping arm to tap holes in subpanels based on customer prints.
Read and interpret basic technical drawings and specifications.
Maintain production goals and ensure efficient workflow.
Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout the process.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
