Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time

We are hiring dependable General Construction Laborers to support foundation repair and construction projects. This is a physically active role for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, assisting skilled tradesmen, and contributing to high-quality construction work.

Your Contribution & Impact

Site Preparation & Support:
Load and unload materials, set up and dismantle scaffolding, and assist skilled workers on job sites.

Concrete & Grout Work:
Perform concrete demolition, remove debris, and assist with mixing grout and concrete.

Material Handling:
Store and transport materials safely, haul and hoist materials as needed.

Elevated Work:
Work from swing stages on high- and low-rise buildings when required.

Job Site Safety:
Maintain clean and secure job sites daily and follow all company safety protocols.

Attributes for Success

• 1 year of construction experience preferred (masonry or deep foundation a plus)

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to obtain security clearance for federal job sites

• Strong commitment to safety

• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow Foreman direction

• Comfortable working on elevated platforms

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move 20–75 lbs

• Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor environments

• Stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed

• Work in loud, dusty, and changing weather conditions
