Warehouse Associate

Salary: $19 - $21/hr

We have immediate openings for a Warehouse Associate for electrical supplies company in Verona, WI!

 

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. This role ensures accuracy, safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities/Skills: 

• Maintain working knowledge of warehouse procedures including identification, traceability, handling, storage, and inspection processes.

• Understand product flow and ensure materials are stored in designated locations.

• Safely operate warehouse equipment including RF units, forklifts, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, scales, and related tools.

• Utilize required software systems (inventory systems, documentation tools, and other company platforms) to perform daily tasks.

• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including shelves and aisles.

• Follow all health, safety, and preventative maintenance guidelines.

• Report safety concerns, incidents, or injuries immediately to a supervisor or Human Resources.

• Picking, shipping, packing & putting away product from correct locations. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.

• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.

• Experience with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.

 

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri

 

Pay: $19 - $21/hr. depending on experience
