Operate plywood manufacturing equipment such as veneer lathes, glue spreaders, hot/cold presses, panel saws, and sanders
Set up machines according to production specifications (panel size, thickness, grade, and finish)
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and output
Inspect plywood sheets for defects, thickness accuracy, bonding quality, and surface finish
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product standards
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Report mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or supervisors
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE
Keep work area clean and free of wood debris
