Manufacturing Assembler | Full-Time | Washington, PA
Pay: Based on Experience ($18-$25/hr)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler for a facility in Washington, PA. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, fabrication experience, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
• Operate saws to cut aluminum, metal, and other materials according to specifications
• Assemble fabricated components using hand tools and production equipment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and accuracy of materials
• Operate and assist with press brake machines and other fabrication equipment
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
• Strong mechanical knowledge and manufacturing experience
• Experience operating saws and fabrication equipment
• Familiarity with aluminum fabrication processes preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience performing quality inspections and using precision measuring tools, including micrometers
• Proficiency with hand tools and shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of materials
• Ability to safely handle fabrication tools, equipment, and materials
• Capable of working in a manufacturing environment
