🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Maintain employee records (paper & digital)
• Assist with recruiting, interviews & onboarding (I-9s, HRIS entry)
• Support compliance, audits & training tracking
• Help with timekeeping, payroll prep & PTO tracking
• Provide HR support and respond to employee questions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate OR early career professional in HR/Business enrolled in getting their degree in the field. 
• Strong attention to detail & confidentiality
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Great communication & organization
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Background check required
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing setting (including occasional THC odors)
