Great CAREER opportunity with a well-established food production facility located in Niles, IL. We are seeking a dependable Sanitation & Equipment Technician to support production operations by ensuring all equipment and work areas meet sanitation and safety standards. This is a hands-on role working with production equipment, sanitation systems (CIP/COP), and food safety compliance.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Disassemble and reassemble all production equipment
Clean and sanitize equipment using COP and CIP systems
Maintain and complete CIP charts accurately
Take inventory of sanitation and cleaning supplies
Perform basic troubleshooting of sanitation equipment
Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Team Lead
Pay Rate:$20+ per hour
Schedule:Friday – Sunday 4:30pm - 6am
