Our client is a leading distributor of facility maintenance and appliance parts and is growing their sales team in Mississauga. They are looking for a motivated, people-focused Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and driving sales in a collaborative environment.

This role begins on-site during the training and probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once fully trained and established

• $45,000 base salary + performance incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using internal ERP systems
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong product knowledge of appliance and facility maintenance parts
• Support branch operations, including inventory checks and order coordination
• Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and document sales activity
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics

What You Bring

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
• A results-oriented mindset with confidence in proactive selling
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of appliance parts or facility maintenance products is a strong asset
• Team-oriented, professional, and positive attitude
