Facilities Maintenance Technician6 Week Contract Assignment$23–$24 per hour
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and improvement of company facilities.
This role involves hands on work across multiple areas of facility operations and requires someone comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
Perform painting, landscaping, and Koi pond care
Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and upkeep
Troubleshoot mechanical systems
Respond to facility related emergencies
3 to 5 years of facility maintenance experience preferred
Forklift certification required
Scissor lift and boom lift certifications required
Valid South Carolina driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely perform physical tasks
