Are You a Skilled Heavy Machine Operator seeking steady, year-round work? 

A well-established construction company in Winter Park, CO, is seeking skilled heavy machine operators for a full-time, permanent placement. They work predominately in beautiful Winter Park, CO and offer occasional travel opportunities as well as a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance.

What You'll Do: As a Heavy Machine Operator, you will:

• Work at Elevation: Perform heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks in mountainous areas, using machines like excavators, bulldozers, front-end loaders, snowcats, etc. 
• Travel: Work is primarily located in Winter Park, but occasional opportunities come up in other parts of Colorado and Wyoming.
• Outdoor Labor: Engage in outdoor construction.
• Safety Compliance: Operators will be required to inspect equipment before and after use and perform routine maintenance checks/minor repairs as well as follow all company and industry safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
• Relocation Assistance: Relocation reimbursement is being offered to facilitate your move to Winter Park, CO
• Advancement Opportunities: Frequent options for training and advancement within the company, and Lead Operators have use of a company truck

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting and working at elevation.
• Safety: Strong focus on safety. 
• Reliability: Strong commitment to your role and consistent attendance.
• Availability: 40 hours/week, weekends or nights may be required during peak construction seasons or during emergencies.
  • During spring/summer/fall months, Schedule is consistently Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–5:00PM. Variable hours occur more frequently during winter months to address snow concerns
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating heavy construction machinery. Valid Driver's license and clear driving record
