Assistant Fulfillment Lead (Supervisor Level) – Urgently Hiring
Location: Savannah, GA Area
Pay: $18–$20/hour to start (based on experience)
Schedule: First Shift, Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays as needed

Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring a Bilingual Assistant Fulfillment Lead for a distribution and fulfillment operation. This is a supervisor-level position ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and the ability to manage productivity in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers excellent growth potential, with a performance and attendance review after 60 days and eligibility for a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily fulfillment operations to ensure service levels and productivity goals are met

• Support and monitor pick line activities and order picking/shipping systems for optimal efficiency

• Assist with pick line replenishment and bulk order processing

• Help supervise warehouse staff of approximately 10–25 employees

• Ensure a safe, clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards

• Assist with loading operations and carrier sign-off for LTL and TL shipments when needed

• Secure and return shipping documentation for invoicing purposes

Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to coordinate and oversee a team of 10–25 employees

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and internet systems

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound operational decisions

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional

• Must be available for first shift and occasional Saturdays
