Pay: $18.00

 

Shift: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm.

 

Duties Include:

• Answer all calls promptly and interact with clients in a professional manner
• Take messages and route calls as needed
• Take payments
• Prepare and maintain office files
• Schedule meetings
• Compose correspondences and data entry
• Other general office duties as assigned

 

Front Office Coordinator Qualifications

• Cheerful, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Suite
