Customer Service Specialist

Located in Cheyenne, WY

Salary: $20.00+ DOE

Express Employment is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for a local Cheyenne company that will have core knowledge and experience in firearms. This position receives inbound calls, sales, and data entry. This role works independently with customers; the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential for a Customer Service Specialist.

 

 

Duties:

• Providing customer service via phone, email and in-person
• Obtaining payments for deposits
• Posting customer payments
• Overseeing client accounts
• Respond to new dealer inquiries, offer a price list, terms, and demo list
• Quality Control
• Daily shipments of accessories 
• Enter electronic purchase orders

Required Skills:

• Firearms knowledge and experience
• Excellent telephone mannerisms
• Strong analytical, computer and communication skills with the ability to diagnose and communicate issues in an easy to understand manner
• Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
• Ability to handle customers professionally during all interfaces The ability to be a good listener, and to understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.)
