Restoration Technician

Located in Columbia, SC

Salary: $14–$16 per hour

We are seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to assist with property damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate will help assess damage, perform cleanup, and restore properties to pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities:

• Assess damaged properties to determine what materials and items can be restored

• Clean, pack, and store salvageable contents until they can be returned to the property

• Remove and replace damaged materials, including drywall, lumber, and carpeting

• Mitigate water damage by extracting water, drying affected areas, and assisting with mold remediation

• Clean and sanitize structural components that can be restored

• Communicate with customers by addressing questions, explaining job specifications, and reviewing invoices

• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and using proper tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred
