We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Millbury, MA. This role combines warehouse operations (approximately 80%) with front counter/customer service support (approximately 20%). The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a forklift, performing heavy lifting, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks with heavy materials

• Handle and move plastic-tar solid block materials used for crack filling and pavement resurfacing

• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy

• Assist customers at the front counter with orders and inquiries

• Provide general warehouse support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse setting

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
