Landscaping General Labor

Located in Arden, NC

Salary: $18/hr

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Plant Yard Worker to support daily operations in our landscaping yard. This role is responsible for organizing plant materials, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining yard cleanliness, and assisting crews with materials and equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

No gym membership needed!

 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Load and unload plants, trees, shrubs, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials
* Organize and maintain plant inventory in the yard
* Water, prune, and provide basic care for plant materials
* Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying orders
* Prepare materials and equipment for landscaping crews
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard, greenhouse, and storage areas
* Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
* Assist with general maintenance and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
* Previous landscaping, nursery, or general labor experience is a plus
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. $18/hr to start
