Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote services, or gather feedback from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Assist clients with account management tasks such as billing inquiries, payment processing, and updating personal information.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, document interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
