Salary: $18-19/hour + Bonus

Jackson, WI manufacturing company is hiring General Laborers for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a hands-on general labor role with a mix of indoor and outdoor work, offering a change of pace throughout your shift and a more active work environment - plus weekly pay and the opportunity to earn production bonuses!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Bag finished product on the assembly line  

  • Stack bags of fertilizer and other materials following a designated pattern  

  • Operate a forklift to move finished product to the staging warehouse 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous general labor, assembly line, or production experience  

  • Previous forklift experience  

  • Comfortable with physical, dirty, and fast-paced work environments 

Job Details: 

  • Pay: $18/hour (1st shift) | $19/hour (2nd shift)  

    • Weekly production bonuses!  

  • Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift  

  • Hours:  

    • 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm  

    • 2nd Shift: 2:15pm – 12:45am
