Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
Schedule: Rotating Shift (Monday–Thursday one week, Monday–Wednesday the next week)
Hours: 6:00am–4:00pm or 5:00am–3:00pm (must be flexible with start time)

Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and driven Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, and supporting the growth and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and senior leadership teams

• Conduct production start-ups, shutdowns, and daily team meetings

• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational efficiencies

• Coach, train, and develop employees through performance reviews and daily support

• Participate in hiring, interviewing, disciplinary actions, and performance management

• Promote a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state safety regulations

• Support and maintain plant safety programs and procedures

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Collaborative leadership style

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to be hands-on and learn equipment, processes, and products

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Preferred:

• Printing or manufacturing experience

• Supply chain or production operations background

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Experience with Excel Pivot Tables

• Knowledge of employee relations and workplace compliance
