Express Employment is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Production Workers for a 1st shift opportunity in Sparta, TN. This role involves working on a production line handling bulk grain and flour products in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and position bulk grain and flour bins along the production line

• Bag, seal, and box finished products

• Stock shelves and organize product inventory

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Meet daily production goals and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift

• Strong organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required
