Express is adding to our team and hiring for a Employment Recruiter in our Administrative and Professional staffing niche. 

SUMMARY
Longview, WA staffing firm is seeking candidates to take on a challenging career in the staffing industry. We are looking to add a Recruiter to our team. We will only consider individuals who are driven leaders and polished that are energized by working in an extremely busy office environment. Essential attributes you must posses to be successful in this role are: A passion to help people, an inherent desire to learn and grow daily, easily led by example, confidence in your abilities, must not be afraid of picking up the phone and selling, and a strong sense of accountability.  Candidates should be familiar with what it takes for a candidate to be successful in Manufacturing, Warehouse and mill environments as well as Administrative and Accounting.  

We work in an extremely fast paced environment with lots of multi-tasking.

A typical day will include, but not limited to:

• Placing sales calls to prospects and clients
• Recruiting job candidates through a variety of sources including job fairs, online job boards, social media and referrals.
• Interviewing individuals & making hiring decisions in regards to place out on assignment at client sites.
• Contacting individuals about current employment opportunities
• Turning all daily tasks into sales activity that may be in the form of cold calling and telemarketing as well as face to face
• Administrative tasks involved in tracking and documentation of applicants & employees

The successful candidate(s) must posses the following:

• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends as needed to help people succeed.
• Outstanding employment history
• Strong communicator
• Exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Strong computer skills/type 40+ words per minutes
• Microsoft and internet proficiency
• Human resources knowledge or experience strongly desired
• Sales and/or high level customer service experience strongly desired
• Spanish speaking skills would be beneficial but not required

Hourly compensation of $23.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience.  In addition, we offer strong benefit package and monthly commissions and quarterly profit bonuses that can range from $1000 - $4,000 in additional annual wages based on personal and business performance. Average annual earnings for this position are $55,000-$65,000 a year with high performers earning $65,000-$80,000 a year.
