We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with strong construction accounting knowledge to manage billing, collections, and contract-related receivables. The role involves working closely with GCs, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Manage Accounts Receivable for active construction projects
Handle running contracts and subcontractor billing
Process GC payments through Procore and Textura
Prepare and submit billing, Schedule of Values (SOV), and pay applications
Manage lien releases and compliance documentation
Track collections, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely processing
Experience in construction accounts receivable
Strong knowledge of Procore, Textura, billing, and SOVs
Understanding of lien releases and contract billing
Good communication and organizational skills
