Salary: $20/hr-$21/hr

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to support our customers and service team. In this role, you’ll help identify, source, and process parts for industrial machinery, keeping our customers up and running with as little downtime as possible.

What You’ll Do

 

* Help customers (in person, over the phone, and by email) find the right parts.

* Look up parts using manuals, diagrams, and electronic catalogs.

* Provide pricing, availability, and estimated delivery times.

* Create sales orders and purchase orders in our system.

* Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.

* Help manage inventory levels and participate in cycle counts.

* Keep the parts counter and stockroom clean and organized.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

* 2+ years of experience in a parts counter, industrial equipment, or similar role preferred.

* Experience with ERP systems and basic computer skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

* Forklift experience or the interest and ability to learn.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet when needed.
