What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates in the Boulder County Longmont area to help support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environments and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and organization. We’re looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Candidates who are organized, safety-focused, and experienced in inventory control, pick and pack, and shipping/receiving processes will be especially successful in this role. Pay for this role is $20-22/hr DOE 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and properly store inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update order status
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure orders are correctly labeled and staged for delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
