• 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (times are flexible after training is complete)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join a fabrication team as an Entry-Level Brake Press Operator. This role is ideal for someone with basic brake press experience or knowledge, who is comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment and can pass a tape measure test.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate brake press machinery to bend and form metal parts
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Use quality tooling and measuring instruments to verify dimensions
• Perform first article and incoming inspections
• Report quality issues or equipment concerns to management

What You Need:

• Basic understanding or experience with brake press operations
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a fabrication shop setting
• Ability to read a tape measure and pass a tape measure test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
