We’re looking for general laborers to join a hands‑on, team‑driven installation crew that travels daily from the Pepin, WI shop to commercial jobsites—some nearby, others farther out with occasional overnight travel—where you’ll work with experienced installers and receive on‑site training so no prior experience is required, helping cut and measure materials, attach brackets and hangers, lift and position ductwork overhead, assist with filter changes, handle basic cleaning and equipment upkeep, load and unload tools and materials, and support the crew while being comfortable with heights in a lift and committed to safety, efficiency, and high‑quality work.

Shift Schedule

• Monday–Friday 6:00am–4:00pm
• Typically averages around 50 hours per week
• Some Fridays off depending on workload

Pay

• $25.00/hr.
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cut pipe or duct sections to length using saws and cutting tools.
• Attach brackets, hangers, and supports to walls or ceilings for mounting ducting.
• Lift and position ductwork and piping overhead.
• Assist with installing or replacing filters in dust‑collection systems.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and hardware for each jobsite.
• Follow direction from lead installers and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Travel daily from the Pepin shop to jobsites, with occasional overnight stays based on distance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately using hand and power tools.
• Comfort working at heights, including in lifts and on ladders.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for handling tools, equipment, and duct components.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, climb, and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Strong attention to safety, especially around equipment, lifts, and overhead work.
• Willingness to learn duct cleaning, installation techniques, and job‑specific procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions from lead installers and work well within a crew.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially with daily travel to jobsites.
• Comfort working in different environments, including commercial buildings, shops, and outdoor areas.
• Basic problem‑solving skills to support installation tasks and adapt to jobsite needs.
