Customer Service Associate

Located in Columbus, IN

Salary: $20.50/hr

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• A company in the Columbus, IN area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
• This individual will help out in a variety of ways including entering customer information and orders, taking all incoming calls from customers and troubleshooting issues.
• The Customer Service Associate will also assist with pulling and picking products, filling out bills of lading, and a variety of other basic warehouse duties.
• This is a great opportunity with a state-of-the art company
• The CSA will process customer EDI, and process orders through SAP/M2M. 
• They will monitor customer portals for multiple compliances. 

Pay:

• $20.50/hr
• Benefits available upon hire-on!

Schedule: 

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm 

 

Requirements:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience is a must!
• The Customer Service Representative must have experience with SAP and be comfortable creating spreadsheets and using formulas in Excel.
• The ideal candidate will have a forklift license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Experience with comprehensive inventory system. 
• Prefered but not required Oracle experience and APICS certification.
