Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman (BILINGUAL SPANISH HIGHLY PREFERRED) for a client in the Ellabell, GA area. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical crews, ensuring project completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Interviews are being scheduled immediately.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on active job sites

• Review site diagrams, blueprints, and layout maps to ensure accurate project execution

• Coordinate daily tasks and monitor crew productivity and performance

• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members

• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance standards

• Communicate effectively with site leadership and project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Electrical Foreman or electrical leadership role required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and site plans

• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage crews and ensure timely project completion

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

• Electrical certifications are preferred but not required
