Administrative Assistant (Onsite)
We’re looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our client's office running smoothly day to day.
South Phoenix Area
$20-22/hour
8:30am-4:30pm
What you’ll do:
Keep the office stocked, organized, and running efficiently
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and office needs
Manage schedules, time tracking, onboarding paperwork, and daily scans
Help with hiring tasks like scheduling interviews and sending HR info
Track work orders, job costs, and assist with basic billing
Answer calls, manage emails, data entry, and general admin support
Support the Owner and Supervisor with whatever is needed
What we’re looking for:
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Friendly, professional, and easy to work with
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
Strong Microsoft 365/Excel skills preferred
Previous admin or office experience (2+ years ideal)
Details:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (onsite)
Must be able to handle light office tasks (lifting small boxes, stocking supplies)
