Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Worker to join a local facility's team temporarily (6 months). The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Must have experience with SAP and inventory control.

Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Proofread documents for errors and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer applications and software- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with calendar management tools
