What You’ll Do

Polish, buff, grind, sand, and finish metal parts to meet specifications
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections for a clean finish
Operate hand tools, air tools, grinders, sanding equipment, and polishing machines
Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
Read and follow work orders, finishing instructions, and basic blueprints
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in metal finishing, polishing, grinding, fabrication, or manufacturing preferred
Comfortable using power tools, grinders, and polishing equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
