Are you an experienced HR Accountant with a background in non-profit organizations? Do you thrive in a mission-driven environment while keeping financial operations accurate and compliant? If so, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Handle payroll and HR-related accounting functions

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations

• Utilize the Blackbaud system (Raiser’s Edge/Financial Edge experience preferred)

• Assist with audits, reporting, and month-end close

• Collaborate with leadership to support financial transparency and organizational goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven accounting experience within a non-profit organization

• Strong working knowledge of AR & AP procedures

• Experience with Blackbaud software (required)

• Solid understanding of HR/payroll accounting functions

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
