Position Summary

The Production Associate – Level 1 supports the manufacturing team by assisting in the assembly, fabrication, finishing, and packaging of products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product assembly and production processes
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with material handling and staging of product
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
