Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Retail / Account Manager for a growing company in North Branch, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, managing multiple priorities, and supporting both retail and production operations. The right candidate will be dependable, calm under pressure, and excited about long-term growth within the company.

 

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $25/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and process purchase orders

  • Interact with customers by phone, email, and in person

  • Work with clients to understand their online stores and portals

  • Communicate deadlines clearly and consistently

  • Address production issues with both staff and customers

  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records

  • Ring customers up in the retail store

  • Take and enter customer orders

 

Expected Results

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish

  • Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in-store and through all communication channels

  • Meet deadlines consistently

  • Maintain low production error rates

 

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Skilled in de-escalating customer concerns

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Effective problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

 

Experience Required

  • Management experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams

  • Customer service experience

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift

  • POS system

  • Email, phones, fax
