Located in Plant City, FL
Salary: $20.00/Hr. +1% Commission
Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to prospective clients
Enter and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential partners
Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and strengthen client relationships
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, retention plans, and marketing initiatives
Analyze sales activity and data to help refine outreach efforts
Attend networking and industry events (required)
Review drawings and assist with preparing quotes
Maintain general knowledge of security products and services (industry experience is a plus)
Participate in team meetings and provide insight on market trends, competitors, and business development efforts
Follow up with prospects to schedule consultations, provide pricing information, and move opportunities forward
Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
Previous sales experience preferred (security industry experience is a plus)
Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software
Valid driver’s license preferred
Persuasive, solution-oriented, and able to evaluate alternatives effectively
