Salary: $20.00/Hr. +1% Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to prospective clients

• Enter and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential partners

• Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline

• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and strengthen client relationships

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, retention plans, and marketing initiatives

• Analyze sales activity and data to help refine outreach efforts

• Attend networking and industry events (required)

• Review drawings and assist with preparing quotes

• Maintain general knowledge of security products and services (industry experience is a plus)

• Participate in team meetings and provide insight on market trends, competitors, and business development efforts

• Follow up with prospects to schedule consultations, provide pricing information, and move opportunities forward

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude

• Previous sales experience preferred (security industry experience is a plus)

• Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions

• Highly organized with strong time management skills

• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Persuasive, solution-oriented, and able to evaluate alternatives effectively
