Job Description: MIG Welder

Location: Ashland
Pay: $20–$23 per hour DOE 
Start: IMMEDIATE OPENING

Position Overview

We are seeking MIG Welders to join a busy and growing fabrication team. This role involves welding steel materials using MIG processes, with opportunities for candidates of all experience levels. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required)
• Operate an overhead crane to move materials safely
• Inspect welds and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding (all skill levels encouraged to apply)
• Ability to read blueprints is helpful but not mandatory
• Experience with fitting is a plus 
• Ability to safely operate an overhead crane (training may be provided)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$23/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position
• Immediate start available
