Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Lawn Care Crew Members to join a professional landscaping team serving residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in high-quality outdoor maintenance and can work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate commercial lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers)

Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

Install and maintain landscape beds, shrubs, and mulch

Assist with sod installation and basic irrigation repairs (preferred)

Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment properly

Ensure properties meet quality standards before leaving job sites
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2-3 years of lawn care or landscaping experience required

Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment

Valid driver’s license preferred (clean driving record a plus)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
