  • Schedule orientations, training sessions, and system access
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of employment documentation
  • Partner with managers to support successful employee transitions
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures

Ongoing / Future HRBP Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR partner to leadership and employees
  • Support employee relations inquiries and provide HR guidance
  • Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with managers on performance and employee engagement matters
  • Support compliance, documentation, and HR best practices
  • Assist with various HR operational needs as business demands evolve

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of HR experience
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Exposure to multiple areas of HR (examples: employee relations, onboarding, compliance, HR operations, performance management, training, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High initiative and self-direction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable supporting a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Experience in a growing or changing organization
  • Project coordination or process improvement exposure

Important Notes

  • This role is not suitable for specialists (recruiting-only, benefits-only, or compensation-only backgrounds).
  • Candidates with extensive senior-level (10+ years) HR leadership experience may be overqualified.
  • Prior onboarding experience is helpful but not required.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a driven, organized HR professional who enjoys interacting with employees, thrives in a people-focused environment, and wants hands-on HRBP experience. You should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing onboarding coordination with broader HR partnership responsibilities.
