Job Title: Temporary HR Coordinator (Full-Time)


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM


Duration: Temporary (project-based to help team get caught up)

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency. You will play a key role in HR compliance, documentation, and employee support processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and organize HR compliance documentation for operations across 33 states

  • Handle follow-up on Workers’ Compensation claims and support return-to-work programs

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Communicate with employees and managers to gather information and ensure timely updates

  • Ask questions, identify gaps, and take initiative to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or related role

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency

  • Self-starter who shows initiative and follows through

  • Personable, friendly, and professional communication style
