Job Title: Temporary HR Coordinator (Full-Time) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: Temporary (project-based to help team get caught up) Position Overview: We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency. You will play a key role in HR compliance, documentation, and employee support processes. Key Responsibilities: Create and organize HR compliance documentation for operations across 33 states Handle follow-up on Workers’ Compensation claims and support return-to-work programs Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate with employees and managers to gather information and ensure timely updates Ask questions, identify gaps, and take initiative to keep projects moving forward Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in an HR or related role Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency Self-starter who shows initiative and follows through Personable, friendly, and professional communication style Why This Role: This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact, gain multi-state HR experience, and support a fast-moving team.
