Hours: M-F, Full-Time

Express Employment is looking for a  Customer Service Rep for a plumbing company based in San Clemente, dedicated to providing high-quality plumbing solutions and excellent customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating communication between customers and our plumbing technicians. This position is an integral part of our commitment to delivering reliable and efficient plumbing services.

 

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in scheduling plumbing services, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and technician schedules using our internal systems.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and plumbing technicians, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide customers with updates on service appointments, estimated arrival times, and any necessary information.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
