Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for metal fabrication tasks.
• Load and unload materials onto CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Using a Brake Press to form metal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication or CNC operations is a plus.
• Proven experience as a metal fabricator or CNC loader.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and metalworking techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Troubleshooting Skills
• Tape Measure Reading
• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Blueprint Reading
