Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate – HVAC

What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in-store and by phone with product selection and troubleshooting
Handle counter sales, quotes, and orders for HVAC equipment and parts
Provide technical support and build strong customer relationships
Use tools and software to size equipment and create project layouts
Support outside sales and participate in occasional site visits
What You Bring:
Sales or customer service experience (HVAC knowledge a plus)
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
