Job Highlights

• Shift: 2^nd (2PM-10PM, Mon-Fri) – Training on 1^st shift (6AM-2PM Mon-Fri)
• Pay: $19.00-21.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: Green Bay, WI – east side.

Job Summary

The Digital Die Cutter Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and changeovers of a modern, high-tech die cutting machine. This position is part of the Finishing team, focused on putting the final touches and bringing the products to life. Duties will include running programs, loading materials, changing out dies and tools, and minor troubleshooting and maintenance.

 

Job Duties

• Set up and operate die cutting machines to meet production and quality standards
• Monitor cut quality, consistency, and machine performance throughout runs
• Perform mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime
• Manage material usage and minimize waste during setups and production
• Keep machine properly stocked and maintain smooth workflow with team members
• Follow safety procedures and support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience
• Die cutter operation strongly preferred
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or ISO environments is a plus
