Located in Kalamazoo, MI

Salary: $17

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with potential overtime on Fridays or weekends as needed)

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of production lines.

• Handle and process corrugated cardboard materials safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload materials, stack and palletize finished boxes and packaging.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, removing scrap and debris as needed.

• Support machine operators with production flow and changeovers.

• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred, but not required.

• Comfortable working with cardboard, glue, and other packaging materials.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
