A Client of ours in Lake Oswego, OR, is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their team.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment but can also thrive independently. The right candidate will bring flexibility, curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organization skills, and, ideally, knowledge of computer hardware.

 

This is an evaluation-to-hire role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Director’s calendar and provide an itinerary at the beginning of each day.
  • Review all incoming emails to the Product Management Team’s group email and record when follow-up action is needed.
  • Create and maintain progress reports on all projects and software developments for the Director.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns.
  • Administrative tasks that include processing invoices, data entry in our databases, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Maintain Purchasing, Product, and other Director reports.
  • Prepare weekly brand performance reports.
  • Support and train new team members in advertising and administrative processes.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ office experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Independent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Team-oriented, trustworthy, and professional.
  • Experience interpreting financial reports or business metrics (preferred).
  • Must provide two professional references (email and phone number).

Schedule & Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour
