Temporary Laborer

Located in Lexington, KY

Salary: 15.00

• Assist with event setup and teardown, including courts, turf, staging, seating, and equipment layouts

• Load, unload, and move materials, supplies, and event fixtures throughout the arena

• Assemble and disassemble sports equipment, signage, barricades, and temporary structures

• Follow detailed setup diagrams and instructions to ensure accurate event configuration

• Maintain clean, organized work areas before, during, and after events

• Safely operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet event timelines

• Adhere to all safety protocols, venue policies, and Playbook Sports standards

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, event setup, warehouse, or sports facility experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering a high-quality event experience
