Now Hiring: Estimator–Sales (Lumber & Building Materials)
Blueprint-Savvy. Detail-Driven. Sales-Minded.

Are you confident reading construction blueprints, building precise material lists, and turning estimates into sales? We’re looking for an Estimator–Sales professional who can bridge the gap between construction plans and closed projects.

What You’ll Do:
• Read and interpret residential and light commercial blueprints
• Create accurate takeoffs and detailed material lists for framing, decking, roofing, and finishing projects
• Prepare competitive estimates and job quotes from construction plans
• Work directly with contractors, builders, and project managers to secure sales
• Follow up on bids and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide professional, knowledgeable service to our clients and work closely with Yard Foreman

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience preparing detailed material takeoffs and job estimates
• Knowledge of dimensional lumber, engineered wood, sheet goods, and hardware
• Prior experience in construction, building materials, or lumber sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
